Biographie

Clinton Ray Ransdell began his earthly life on August 5, 1954 in McCook, NE. His first day in his eternal home with Jesus was November 8, 2007. Clint was a hero to his three children and an unwavering best friend to his wife of 27 years. He taught them to love unconditionally and to not be anxious about the things of this world. His joyous laughter and jokes brightened their lives immensely.

Clint was passionate about his family, but his greatest love was the Lord. He praised God everyday in spite of his battle with brain cancer, and his incredible perseverance and patience served as an example to all around him. He fought courageously and unselfishly.

After serving in the United States Air Force for four years and then completing his degree at the University of Nebraska, he worked as a mechanical engineer in Colorado Springs.

Clint is survived by his loving wife Julie, his children Rachel, Ryan, Tara and her husband Bill, and his granddaughter Lily. He is also survived by his loving mother, Shirley, and his siblings Larry, Dan, Jim, Sherry, and their spouses and children. He was preceded in death by his father, Clinton H. Ransdell, and brother Terry.

Everyone who knew Clint was encouraged by his gentle spirit and contagious smile. He blessed his family and friends immeasurably. We will carry him in our hearts forever and look forward to being reunited with him in heaven. As Clint would say “slow and steady wins the race”. We will forever love you.

A celebration of Clint’s life will be held at Rocky Mountain Calvary on Tuesday, November 13, at 1:00 in the afternoon. Inturnment will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado. Donations can be made to CNI Institute. More information can be found at www.MeM.com.
