Connor Glenn Caracappa died on March 24th 2003 at Scottish Rite CHOA of a cerebral aneurysm. He is survived by his parents Glenn and Jennifer, his sister Kate, age 12, grandparents Julie and Tom Bakke of Atlanta, Alfred Caracappa of Long Island, N.Y., Kay and Ted Poitras, of Haines City Fla., Jack and Holly Jordan of Champaign, IL. and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Connor was born August 22, 1992, at Northside Hospital. He was a 4th grader at Our Lady of the Assumption School, and a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church. Connor was an excellent student, who loved snow skiing, skateboarding, BMX biking, his dog Chad, and playing his guitar. He played OLA basketball and Murphy-Candler Little League baseball. Visitation will take place on Wednesday evening March 26th from 6 until 9 at Oglethorpe Hill with a Vigil service at 7pm. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday March 27, at 11am at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, Father James F. McGoldrick, S.M., officiating. Connor was an eager organ donor and successfully donated several of his organs. Connor will be remembered for his loving heart and adventurous spirit. H. M.
