Biography
Wendy Jordan Rotar, age 33, of Jacksonville, peacefully passed away January 14, 2008. Born February 21, 1974 Wendy was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville. She attended Forrest High School, class of 1992 and graduated from Florida Community College Jacksonville in 2000. Wendy worked as an accountant for several business and insurance firms in Jacksonville. She had a great passion for music, friends her cats and “Miss Bessie” her beetle. Wendy was a loving wife, mother, and caring friend to her many acquaintances, especially her best friend, Christy Couvillier.
Wendy is preceded in death by her mother Beverly Jordan. She is survived by her husband and friend of 12 years, Robert Rotar, her daughter Kathrine Ussery, Her father Terry (Sandra) Jordan, and brother Troy Jordan. Wendy will be deeply missed by all of those who knew her.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00PM Monday January 21, 2008, at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home Edgewood Chapel 729 S. Edgewood Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32205.
