Noel E. Stanley
Memorial services for Noel E. Stanley, 74, of Spring, Texas will be held Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in Cashner Colonial Chapel. Noel was born April 8, 1935 in Sayer, Oklahoma to Lawrence Stanley and Nina Hensley-Stanley and entered into eternal rest on November 16, 2009 in The Woodlands, Texas. Noel served our country with honor in the United States Army. Noel played bass for Ernest Tubb and The Texas Troubadours, Jack Greene and Jeannie Seeley and also with the Texas Throwdown Band. He retired from the Montgomery County Crime Lab as a forensic scientist. Noel is preceded in death by his first wife, Amy Y. Stanley; brothers, Donald Lee Stanley and Delbert Ray Stanley; sister, Darlene Sue Stanley and by his parents, Lawrence and Nina Stanley. Noel leaves behind to cherish his memories his loving wife, Carleen Whitton-Stanley of Spring, Texas; daughter, Katherine Lynn Stanley of Conroe, Texas; sister, Delores Luther and her husband Gene of Bryan, Texas and three nephews.
