Ronald W. Pramuk died on Wednesday, August 28, 2002. He was born September 16, 1942, in Leckrone, PA., a son of William J. Pramuk and Ann M. (Vrabel) Pramuk. His parents preceded him in death.
Ron was a Guidance Counselor and Accounting Teacher for 35 years with the Laurel Highlands School District in Uniontown, PA. He was a member of the Pennsylvania State Education Association and the National Education Association.
He was a life long member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, St. Mary R.C. Church of Leckrone, PA. where he served as a lector, marriage preparation instructor, and a former member of the Parish Council.
He was a graduate of German Township High School, class of 1960, a graduate of Waynesburg College with a bachelor's degree in accounting and education, and a graduate of West Virginia University in Guidance Counseling.
A wonderful husband, father, and proud grandfather, Ron made his priorities his family, his church and dedication to the well-being and advancement of his students. He shared his love of golf, hunting and fishing with his children, and many lasting memories of happiness and good times. He was a truly a good man and his warm nature, sense of humor and kindness will always be remembered and cherished.
Surviving are his loving wife of 32 years, B.Jane (Tatar)Pramuk; four children Matt Pramuk, Kristina Pramuk and her fiancee', David Buchanan, Angela Miller and husband James Miller, and Lee Ann Pramuk; and a cherished grandaughter, Abigail Marie Miller.
